Using the game

These terms cover Project Starship and related Collapsar Studios services. Use the game only if you are eligible under applicable law and the requirements of the platform through which you access it. Where parental or guardian permission is legally required, obtain it. Keep your platform account secure and use only accounts you are authorized to access.

Purchases and virtual items

Platform stores process purchases under their applicable payment and refund terms. Premium Credits, virtual items and entitlements are for use within the game, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Real-money trading, account sales and unauthorized transfers are not permitted. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or applicable store remedies.

Fair play and Fleet conduct

Do not cheat, automate abuse, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, tamper with competitive results, evade security controls or interfere with other players or the service. Do not use Fleet names, tags or other available interactions for harassment, impersonation or unlawful content. Report problems to support rather than exploiting them. The current game has predefined Fleet Signals, not free-text or voice chat.

Service changes and account restrictions

Features, balancing and service availability can change, and maintenance or outages may interrupt play. Collapsar Studios may restrict or suspend accounts or affected features to address cheating, abuse, security problems or violations of these terms, subject to applicable law. Contact support if you believe an action was mistaken. No uninterrupted availability or permanent availability of every feature is promised.

Intellectual property

Game software, artwork, branding and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Access to the game does not transfer ownership of those materials. Do not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit them without permission except where applicable law permits.

Privacy, deletion and help

The Privacy Policy explains account, gameplay, purchase and advertising data. You may request account deletion. Contact support@collapsarstudios.com for support or questions about these terms. We may update these terms as the service changes and will identify the current revision on this page.
