Delete Project Starship Account

Request deletion of your Project Starship account and linked game data through Collapsar Studios support.

What to include

Tell Collapsar Studios that you want to delete your Project Starship account. To help locate it, include your Commander name/alias, Google Play Games display name and any account or support identifier visible in the game, if available. If you cannot access these, explain that in your message.

Do not send your Google password, payment-card information, purchase tokens, OAuth tokens/codes or government ID.

Verification and processing

We may request additional information through support to verify that you own the account. Public names and identifiers help locate an account but are not sufficient proof of ownership on their own. We confirm the account and requested scope before processing deletion; there is no single-tap destructive action or promise of instant completion.

What deletion covers

The request covers your Project Starship account and associated player-linked game data under Collapsar Studios' control, including account progress, account-linked rewards and entitlements, and attributable Fleet/public gameplay information. Shared competitive records and unresolved purchases or rewards may require reconciliation so other players' legitimate results and grants are not damaged.

Narrowly necessary transaction, security, fraud-prevention or legally required records may be retained, with access and use limited to the justified purpose. We will explain what remains and why where an exception applies. We do not promise a fixed response deadline or a universal erasure of every provider record.

Google, Microsoft/PlayFab and other providers may separately retain data according to their own obligations and policies. Deleting your game account does not delete your Google Account, remove the app from your device or automatically refund purchases.
